no hot tub unfortunately ;) our landlord is somewhat neurotic about water in the property... one of my friends has a hot tub in his place tho, kush!

a house 'thingy' is a duplex style jobber. We're in a 3 storey house which is split into two living areas, so if the house wasn't on stilts then we'd be living in da basement :)
